sir,
I have a windows 2000 server with 200 clients.
I was applied local system policy in the server system the
following following polcies are given to server machine
1) diasble all admin tools
2) disable control panel
so i couldn't able to touch any other admin tools in
server computer(i.e.,Applied machine policy in server)
so please help me in this trouble

Install the admin tools on one of your workstations and
then move the Server from the OU that you applied this
policy to.
