I have done blender mistake in windows 2000 server
machine which is having 200 clients.
ie.,
unfortunately, i have applied group policy to local server
system which consist of
1) hide all admin tools
2) hide control panel
problems are
1) coundn't able touch admin tools
2) can't able open system files like .pol,.adm

I want to remove local policies which is applied to the
server machine without any admin tools and with admin
option


please help me .

You mean "beginner" mistake I believe?

If it's an AD assigned Group Policy, deactivate it, make
sure all DCs replicate this change, and reboot the affected
server.

If it is an LGPO, you might try booting in Safe Mode although
I don't KNOW that will help.

Or try booting to Recovery Console and renaming the GPO
file. It will be down in SysVol somewhere -- you might try
creating a TRIVIAL version on another to find the "new" file
and then search the equivalent area in Recovery Console.

Reach Recovery Console by booting the CD-ROM and
choosing Repair then the Console.

If this is a local group policy and you can access explorer then
go to c:\winnt\sytem32\grouppolicy and change permissions on the
folder to deny access to your user account and logoff and back on
and the policy should not apply to your account.
