Please help....Stop Error Screen

Hi, I'm a college student on a laptop, I wrote a few days
ago, but am writting again. My Dell 5150 laptop has
Windows XP on it and for some reason it will just all of
a sudden go to a blueish grayish screen that says: A
problem has been detected and windows has been shut down
to prevent damage to your computer. If this is the first
time you've seen this stop error screen, restart your
comuter (i did that).
If this screen appears again: Check BIOS for updates, and
disk space, try changing video adaptors (I'm not even
sure what that is). Then it says... Technical
Information: ***STOP: 0x0000008E (0x0000005,0x452,
0xF370080C, 0x00000000)

Physical memory dump complete.

If you have ANY idea at all what this is and how I can
fix it and to make it stop this PLEASE e-mail me
ANYTIME at (e-mail address removed) or even reply on here if
you have to.
