Please help. RPC disabled

Hi. I disabled RPC, thinking I would be immune to the new
exploit =D.... well my friend told me that its like the
kernel for Windows boxes. So, my computer is working but
I cant copy/paste, or drag and drop. I cant do a lot of
other stuff either. I've tried doing NET START "REMOTE
PROCEDURE CALL (RPC) SERVICE" and NET START "REMOTE
PROCEDURE CALL (RPC) LOCATOR" in MS-DOS. They didnt work.
So can someone please help?
