PLEASE HELP -----> privacy report pop up window

Hello. Up until today, a privacy report pop up window would appear in
Internet Explorer V.6.0 Service Pack 2 along with a little icon on the bottom
of the screen. I'm not referring to the pop up icon...the icon i'm referring
to was related to the privacy report icon (red circle with a line going
across it).

In short, the automatic privacy report pop up window would appear and
indicate which sites were blocked. In addition, a box within the windows
would be "ticked" and it would read something along the lines of do not show
this message again. I would have to manually untick the box anytime the
window appeared that way the message would reappear in the future. However,
today, I forgot to untick the box. So I went to a website that I knew for
sure would make that window appear but obviously it didn't because I forgot
to unblock it. However, when I clicked on the icon in the lower right screen
that is associated with the icon that didn't give me the option of ticking
the box.

I hope I make sense. In short, I just want to be able to make that window
reappear. Thank you in advance. Rochelle.
