IE6.0 SP1 Pop Ups

Hello,

For several months I have been having the problem of Internet Explorer 6.0
SP1 (I am using Windows 2000) closing pop up windows seconds after they open.
I was trying to review investments on the T. Rowe Price web site and was
unable to see anything that was a pop up. Once I select an item there will
immediately appear a small red icon, and then the window will open for
seconds and then close. I cannot even make out what the icon is supposed to
be because it is gone so quickly. I tried to reload from my original system
disk (IE 5.0), but I was unable to remove the current IE (it did not appear
in the "Remove Program" section).

Needless to say, I am quite frustrated. Any help on resolving this issue
would be much appreciated.

I think it is a Red Eye, it is your Privacy Settings Alert you that your
security Is High for accepting Cookies or active Content or Pop-Ups.
So by slecting a lower settings on Both Secuirty Tab and Privacy tab may
resolve the issue, but do you have a Firewall installed and your computer
clean from the scum malwares!.
HTH.
