Playing movie stops the loop of Power Point Presentation

I have my presentation for a kiosk set to use the camera click sound on each
slide. I also have an 80 meg .wmv file. I have Office 2003 with all the
latest patches and lastest updates to XP Pro. When I have the movie play,
the presentation will finish the remaining slides and then go to the first
slide in the presentation and stop looping. Although I have it set to loop.

I mention the camera click because if I wait about 10 minutes I'll hear the
camera click go of, the random slide transition but it returns to the first
slide again. I've put this on another computer and it works fine. I've
taken the movie out of the presentation and it runs fine. Putting the movie
back in it goes back to the funny behavior. I've even tried putting the
movie in a different part of the presentation and that doesn't seem to help.

Right now I'm trying different hardware acceleration settings and
resolutions to see if by some chance that might be affecting it. For what
it's worth both computers tested are HPs. Working computer is a DC5000 and
non working is a DC5700 (low profile).

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

David, I suspect that you may not have the correct codec installed for the
video and it's not shutting the player (MCI) down properly. You might want
to download GSpot (Google it) and see exactly what codec is being used.
