continuing auto-loop of presentation after inserting a movie file

I have a presentation that's set to auto-loop. Worked fine until I inserted
a movie, now the presentation stops as soon as the movie ends. There's got
to be a way to fix this! Any suggestions are much appreciated.

A tip if you have a video clip: tick the "automatically after" box and
give an extra 1 second before advancing to the next slide. That way
it'll prevent the video cutting off early.

Then if you don't want to go to black screen after the presentation
finish, go to Slide Show > Set up show and tick the "Loop continuously
until Esc" box.

So now after you save the file as power point slide show (pps), you
can double click on the file icon and it'll play automatically.
