You can burn your PowerPoint to CD with the tool below:
http://www.ppt-to-video.com/powerpoint-to-dvd-overview.html#105

It can help you directly burn your PowerPoint to DVD/CD with
transitions, animations, sounds and movie clips in the original
PowerPoint retained.
When operating the program, click Disable DVD Menu button, then the
output CD will be able to run automatically without stop.
Thus, it can loop 24/7 in your plant.

You can get the free trail version of it from:

Loops 24/7?

First you should set your presentation play automatically. Then set it
play loop. Then package for CD.
Select play presentation automatically: select the animation tab,
click automatically after (the time is depend on you), apply to all
slides.

Set loop: With the presentation open, select the Slide Show tab of the
Ribbon. Then click the Set Up Slide Show button to bring up the Set Up
Show dialog box.
Place a check mark next to the option that says Loop continuously
until 'Esc'. Click OK to get back to your presentation. Save your
presentation

Then package for CD.

If you want to play your CD/DVD on DVD machine, you should use some
tools like PPT2DVD. Convert your PowerPoint to video and then burn it
to CD/DVD.
Here I recommended Wondershare PPT2DVD, you can get a discount in
Christmas sale from http://www.ppt-to-dvd.com/ppt-to-dvd-overview.html#104.
This tool can help you play PowerPoint presentation loop.
