Placement (arrangement) of Attachments

I need to place attachments in a particular order when I send emails.

One of the earlier versions of Outlook would place the attachments in the
email based on the order you clicked on them while holding the "Ctrl" button.


Please advise if this can be done in Outlook 2003.

If you're using Plain Text or HTML the only way to control the order seems
to be doing multiple manual attach operations.
