attachment placement

I have a user that is using Outlook 2003 on Windows XP, and when they attach
a file to an email, it seems to place itself in the body of the email
randomly. When I attach a file to an email, using Outlook 2003 on Windows XP
on my machine, my attachment gets placed in its own attachment line just
below the subject line. Can someone help me figure out how to fix this for
that other user?

Change the email format from Rich text to either plain text or HTML - this
solution very frequently posted....
