Pivot Table Opens as Form View

The pivot tables' command on the switchboard opens the pivot table as form
view, not as pivot table view, even though the pivot table's properties are
set to pivot table. How can I correct this command or form to open the pivot
table in pivot table view.

I to have had a similar problem. To get around it i created a macro which
opens the required form and then set the property of the view field in the
macro to open as a pivot table.

This worked for me.
