Pinnacle .dll issue

I am trying to install a Pinnacle Hollywood FX Plus card. When I try to
install the software driver I get the missing MSVCR71.dll error message.

The OS is XP Prof.

MSVCR71.dll is part of .NET Framework.

Install the .NET Framework 1.1 on your computer. To download the latest
