pictures to cd

i cannot copy/burn jpg format pictures to my cd... i have
followed the steps in the windows media help guide and
noticed that under picture tasks, i dont have the option
to ' copy to cd, copy all items to cd '.... this is
supposed to be under the file and folder tasks.....any
help is appreciated
