copy pictures to cd

under the help screen this is what it says to do.

To copy files and folders to a CD

If the files are locatedc in My Pictures, under Picture
tasks, click copy to CD or copy all items to CD. I do
this but under picture tasks It doesn't show any copy to
cd to click.
