Picture It question

Hi all,

having a problem with the above version 7. When I go to print, an area opens
on the left side of the screen but shows no printers listed. It will try to
print to my HP 855. It will not show my HP 7550 printer. Any suggestions
will be greatly appreciated.

======================================
On your Print screen in PI7...if you open the "Select
a Printer" drop window...is it blank?

It may help to uninstall all the printers and reinstall
one of them. Also, your printer drivers may need to
be updated.

HP 7550 WinXP Driver

There is no WinXP driver available for your HP855.
This means you are running the basic driver that is
installed by WinXP. This could be the source of your
problem.

I would also suggest that you disable your virus
scanner when you are working in Picture It!. If
you happen to be running the 2004 version of
NAV...add the following file to the exclusion list:
piorg7.db
