Yes this is a disc with pictures that I requested when I got my
pictures from Walmart. It is suppose to start running when you
insert the disc, but it does nothing. I put a music CD in to see if
something was wrong with the hard drive but the music CD played. I
then inserted the picture disc and again, nothing happened.

Most likely there are some directions that if the CD doesn't start up, you
should go to Start | Run and type in something like D:\setup.exe.
The other option is to use windows explorer. Insert the CD and see if
windows explorer can find it. You can just drag over the pictures.

I typed in the setup thing and it told me to insert a disc. Still
nothing happened. I am frustrated now and don't know what to do. I
tried just inserting the cd to see if explorer could find it but
nothing happened there either. Thanks anyway for your time.

==================================
Try the following steps:

1) Create a New Folder on your desktop.
(Right click a blank space on your desktop
and choose...New / Folder)

2) With the disk in your CD drive...go to...
My Computer....

3) Right click the drive letter that represents
the CD Drive...from the menu...choose
"Explore"

4) A window should open that shows the
contents of the disk...right click the folder/s
and from the menu...choose "Copy"...
(if there are several folders...go to...Edit /
Select All...and then...right click the group
and from the menu...choose copy)

5) Now...right click your New Folder...and
from the menu...choose Paste.

This should copy everything on the CD to
your new folder...now you should be able
to open the new folder and find your images.
