Photoshop wont install!!!!!

grrr!

when i downloaded the tryout version of Photoshop CS,and i clicked install,
everything was going good till some error message popped up saying crap
about crap.....but in the last line it said Service Pack 2.

what can i do??

OK, your are asking about the meaning of "crap about crap".

Have you considered calling Adobe? Adobe has peer forums at:
http://www.adobe.com/support/forums/main.html . I give the start page as
you need to apply.
