Photoshop elements (v4 and V6) Organizer

Photoshop Elements was running happily until about three months ago. Then the
Organizer option on V4 would not run and gave error C0000005. I downloaded
the trial version of PE V6. It appears to install OK and edit works fine but
Organizer starts to load and then just disappears into thin air with no error
message. Any ideas for fixing? I'm using a Dell 2GB RAM PC with XP
Professional with auto updates on. Thanks for any suggestions.
