Photos burning to cd-r

Hi Lately I am having trouble in trying to transfer my photos from a digital
camera card to a cd-r. It keeps giving me an error message, that the disk
cannot be read. I have tried many different disks, all of them cd-r. Any
ideas would be helpful.

How are you doing this? Are you using the built-in XP burning capability
or a third-party program? Are you trying to burn directly from the
camera card to cd-r? Try copying the pictures from the card to a folder
on your hard drive and burning from there. If you are already doing
this, then please repost with a better description, including exactly
what you are going, the exact text of the error message, and if this
ever worked before (if it did, what changed?).
