Hello. I have been using this program for a year at least. It won't open
for me now but it opens on the other desktop that we have. It partially
opens but the cursor keeps flashing between a pointer and an hourglass. Does
anyone know why this no longer works. I have tried uninstalling it and
reinstalling with a restart in between. I can only close it by using the
CTRL/ALT/DEL way.
