Photogallery File Directory problem

Does ANYONE have ANY idea why when I create a
photogallery on FP2002 that looks fine on the browser it
fails to find the photos on the web? It consistantly
duplicates the directory eg.
[photogallery/photo8928/photogallery/photo8928/real.htm]
I shouldn't have to redirect all the folders it creats
but I don't know how to change the directory
..
