Photoed "restore"

Using the phtot editor (PhotoED.exe from Office 2000) on a
W2K (Both Pro and Adv Server) I cannot get it to run other
than MAXIMIZED. When I try to get to the "window" restore
it minimizes.

After having clicked on "restore", r-click on the taskbasr and select
Tile or Cascade Windows to move it back to the desktop.
