Photo Story 3.0

Downloaded Photo Story 3.0. Clicking on "Import Pictures", it tells me it
"can't open folder". All other programs open same folders no problem. I have
uninstalled PS 3.0 and re-downloaded same. Still does same thing. What next?

In attempt to not duplicate, I would like to tag along here. I am totally new
to this and also just downloaded Ph Story 3. I get no error messages--the
program just dissappears like it was never there after I hit import pictures.
Are Ed and I missing some additional application?
