Photo Properties

I need to print digital photos with a footer that includes
the date the picture was taken for records management.
Before upgrading to Windows XP I was able to do this using
Microsoft Photo Editor but after upgrading it will only
print the date the photo was printed.

I have also tried BR's PhotoArchiver but wasn't able to
print the properties with the photo there either.

Help!
