Photo Info tool not installing

Guest

I've tried twice to install the new Photo Info Tool, but I get an error
message stating something to the effect that one of the components didn't
install correctly, so the installation gets aborted. I've downloaded the
..msi file twice and installed it separately, but it does not install.

Anybody else run into this problem and/or have a solution?

This is a new app and we have no
info on it as yet.

Just a couple of ideas.....

Does your system meet the minimum
requirements?

===
"Supported Operating Systems:
Windows Vista; Windows XP"
Microsoft Photo Info requires 32-bit
versions of Windows Vista or Windows XP
with Service Pack 2 or later and the
Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 runtime
installed."
===

Did you try disconnecting from the net
and disabling your virus scanner and
firewall before the install?

Add me the group where the install doesn't finish.

Surprisingly, I just installed Synctoy 1.4 with no problem, but that
doesn't have to monkey with Windows Exployer.
