PGP-Plug In?

When I attempt to send a document, spreadsheet, etc, directly to an internal
e-mail recipient (right click on document, click Send To, click Mail
Recipient, I am getting the following error message pops up in the PGP
Plug-In for Exchange/Outlook box:
The PGP plug-in is not supported when sending files directly from the
Explorer Window.
Please run the mail program and attach this file if you wish to send an
encrypted or signed PGP message.
When I click on OK in the box, it takes me to e-mail with the document
attached.

Since the PGP plug-in is not from Microsoft then you'll need to ask the
author or community for that plug-in to discover why it has this
limitation. Plug-ins modify the behavior of Outlook. Outlook doesn't
modify the behavior of plug-ins.

If you don't want to use PGP to digitally sign or encrypt your mails
then uninstall the PGP plug-in and use the X.509 certificate support
already built into Outlook. You can get freemail certs from Thawte
(assuming your company doesn't already provide them; if they do, ask
your mail admin about using them).
