You're asking your question in the wrong newsgroup -- this one is
devoted to discussion of Microsoft Access, the database program. You'd
do better to post in one of the groups devoted to your particular
version of Windows.
That said, just Googling for that error name returns a bunch of links:

They suggest that it may be due to a faulty device driver, or maybe bad
hardware (including bad RAM). This article in the MS KnowledgeBase
deals with troubleshooting the problem in Windows 2000, though it
doesn't go into great detail:
