Permission Error

Dear Experts,

I am having this problem opening the database where it give me the following
error message.

You do not have the necessary permissions to use the 'C:\Documents and
Settings\seokbee\My Documents\Intranet\DB\Leaves.mdb' object. Have your
system administrator or the person who created this object establish the
appropriate permissions for you.

Can some one out there give me some tips on how to resolve this problem.

Probably, someone has established user-level security on this database,
and they have not given you the correct "workgroup information file".

Go back to the person you got the database from, & ask them about this.
