Permenently Delete Event/Appointment

Shift-Delete permanently removes emails (rather than moving to delete
folder, but this does not work for Events or Appointments.

Any way to permanently delete Events/Appointments while you are
viewing them? Even if has to be a macro?

If they are Open that is true, if you r-click the appointment in the
calendar Shift-Delete functions as expected.
