Permanently Deleting emails from Inbox (i.e. one step vs. two)

Is there a way to permanently delete an email from your inbox or junk email
folder without doing it in two steps. You know deleting it in the inbox first
then gong to the deleted folder to permanently delete. Thank you!

Yes, and you can use the same thing ANYWHERE in your computer (to avoid the
recycle bin). Select the message, and press shift and delete (not baskspace-
delete).

It'll prompt you, and say yes. It's all gone, now!

And if you want, you can turn off the warning.
