Permanently choosing another contacts and calendar w/ Outlook 2003/Exchange 2003?

Hello,

We have a executive assistant who always wants her caleandar and contacts to
go the the presidents calendar and contacts. She doesn't want her own.
When she opens contacts she switches to his but when she reboots it goes
back to hers. How do we set it to always open only his?

You can't. Outlook opens to the default .pst file, not a shared or
delegate's mailbox/.pst file.

Thanks - in Outlook 2003 is there a way to make a shorcut/favorite folder
that is linked to the other person's calendar and contcts, if I use the
folder view those two items don't show.
