Permament disable for power options on press Power and Sleep button to Power Off or Standby

Hi Everyone,

In Win 2K Pro, I would like to permanent disable for power options on press
Power and Sleep button to go into Power Off or Standby Mode.

Please advise me. Thank you in advance.

Check Control Panel, Display, Screen Saver, Power, and then check if there is an "Advanced" tab. This where I find my settings for these.
