People cannot send me messages. They get an error failure to send

How can I fix it so I can recieve emails as normal. I've already deleted all
old messages and everything, but it is still saying failure to send, inbox
full with people try to send me emails. Any ideas what to do?

You must use a web mail interface to log into your POP mailbox on your
server and remove some of the older mail you've allowed to accumulate
because you've told Outlook to keep copies on the server when it downloads
messages.
