Cannot receive emails in Outlook 2003

bball for life 2020

Just yesterday, for no reason, I can no longer recieve emails in Outlook
2003. I am able to send, just not receive. I did nothing out of the
ordinary. One day I open Outlook and files are not being received. I did
have a ton of messages in my Inbox and Sent folders, but I have deleted most
of them now and still cannot receive email. I would appreciate any advice.

What happens when you try? Any error messages?

Yes, but not a new one. I know this may sound odd, but I have always
"gotten" the error message 0X800CCC0F, but I was always able to send and
receive. I would get a comment saying, "3 of 4 tasks have completed
sucessfully" but again always able to send and receive? :(
