Peer to Peer Networking with Windows 2000 Pro

If I am running a peer to peer network (TCP/IP) and a
Windows 2000 pro computer as a file server. Am I going to
be limited by any kind of licensing or am I only limited
by TCP/IP. All the other nodes would be like Win98. Could
I run 20-40 computers like that or do I need to upgrade to
Server?

Thanks,

Windows 2000 Pro allows 10 concurrent connections. NOT 10 PC's but 10
connections. A particular PC may make (setup) more than 1 connection.
You are looking at Server.
