pdf file attachments won't open from Mail

All pdf file attachments received in Windows Mail will not open from Mail.
I have to save to desktop where they will open fine.

I have associated pdf files with Adobe Acrobat Reader 8 for all applications
and it works fine expect for Windows Mail.

Any suggestions?
