PDA Question

I'm looking for a wireless PDA with IR capability for everyday use,
war driving, etc. I'm also looking into getting a new cell phone or
maybe a device that has the functionality of both. Does anyone have
any suggestions/ favorites?

I have used the HP IPAQ H5550 which I really liked and some fairly new
Toshiba and I prefered the IPAQ. From other people I have talked to most
like the IPAQ.
