PC power on by itself

My PC running windows xp is power on by itself after I properly shutdown the
PC. Somebody has told me I have WOL (wake up on-LAN) I already disable this
in the BIOS however I am having the same problem.

Any suggestions or idea how to solve this issue?

Also look in the BIOS for "Wake on Ring" and other options that may power up
the computer.
Some BIOS have options to power on at a specified time.
Enen though WOL is disabled, does the computer power on if the network cable
is disconnected?
