PC Freeze ! Playing video XP.

Someone i know has problems playing videos on windows media player 11 and on
real player
my pc freeze and i have to reboot every time i try and play a video from my pc
or from a web site is there a easy way to fix this

may be a codec problem. Try reinstalling Divx and/or Xvid codec.
Another option is using a codec pack. I personally use k-lite codec
pack. Again this may not solve but it is a possible reason for this to
be happining to you.
