Pasting without formatting

Hello,

When I copy and paste HTML source code from, for example, an MSDN sample
page, into Frontpage (in HTML view) the formatting of the stuff I'm copying
gets converted into HTML codes. Like if the stuff I'm copying is in bold
then i get <B> tags in the middle of my pasted stuff, even though it is
actually ASP source code. How do I get round this?

copy the HTML to notepad first; then re-copy and paste into Frontpage that
seems to clear it up.
