Paste Special

I have copied a range that includes a number of hidden rows. When I paste it
the hidden rows also appear. How do I suppress the hidden rows when I paste?

While copying do the following;

Edit->Go To->Special->Visible Cells only
Edit->Copy

Then Edit->Paste Special...
