Passwords

My computer never remembers my network passwords as well
as other passwords even though I constantly check the box
that says "remember password" when I type the password
in. It also doesn't remember any e-mail passwords. I
have it set to automatically log on to network resources
when it boots up, but it always asked for passwords
because it doesn't remember them. Any ideas?
