Passwords in Outlook 2003

This morning all my outlook passwords were gone. I shut down the system at
night and when booted up this morning and ran Outlook 2003 all pwds were
blank. I have many e-mail accounts and when I reentered them they did not
seem to save. I had to do a system restore back a few days to straighten it
out which it did.
Is this being seen by others?
