Outlook 2003 sending corrupted passwords

This morning I went to retrieve my email in Outlook 2003. It prompted
me for the password for each POP3 account. even when I re-entered and
saved the password (both in the pop dialog box and in the account
settings) it did not save the password. Furthermore, I check my
server logs to discover that Outlook wasn't even sending the correct
password. No matter what I type my mail server denies the password.
This is happening on multiple accounts on multiple server (only one
server is mine).

When I tried my account in IMAP format, I got the same result, Outlook
was not submitting the information I typed. All works well through my
webmail and in Outlook Express. This problem is only relegated to
Outlook 2003. I've tried deleting my settings files, deleting
registry entries as per Microsofts suggestion, creating a new profile
and pst file, repairing Office, and finally re-installing Office.
Nothing seems to repair this problem.

Does anyone have a solution to this problem (Other than dumping
Microsoft!)
