Password must meet complexity requirements

I need to change a large amount of XP Pro pc's (56 to be exact) which
are not on a domain but in separate workgroup configurations. I need to
add the Password must meet complexity requirements policy.

What I am looking for is the actual registry key for this so I can make
a reg patch to deploy to the users of all the pc's who do not have the
necessary smarts to go through the Local Security Policy methods

Any help would be much appreciated

Hmm... I don't think that is one of the group policy objects that affects
the registry. I double checked (using 2k3's listing 'cause it's pretty much
the same and would have that in there if it didn't and, well, I couldn't
find one for XP) the listing of them all with their registry fields.

Update. I found a windows resource program call NTrights.exe that will
set/reset the "Password must meet complexity requirements." I wrote a
small batch file that was run on all the computers to set the policy.
