Palm Zire install problem

Hi

I have a new Palm Zire m150 and I cannot install the
Windows Palm application (4.1)

I am running window 2000 professional ver 5.0 build 2195
(with latest service pack)

The palm is correctly connected via a USB cable to my
laptop.

The CD starts automatically (also downloaded sw from your
website)selected english

Get the following:-

confg widows install

prepare to install

install shield wiz complete

wizard interupted before palm desktop could be completely
installed run setup again
(repeated this 3 times still same problem)

Palm said it is an OS problem any ideas's?
