Palm Pilot and Windows 2000

I am not sure if any one can help me, but I recently
upgraded my computer to XP SP1. I have a Palm Pilot m125
that I was using, but I lost the install disk for it. I
downloaded the software off of Palm's site and I connect
my cradle through a USB port but I am not able to
syncronize it up any more. The USB port is good I tried
other things in it and they work. If any one has any
suggestions or have had a similar problem I am all ears.
