Paid Support by MSN, FYI

Years ago when I had 3.11 work groups + win 95a upgrade + Win 95 Plus !, I
got into paid support by MSN, the computer had some serious problems, I was
entitled by the program Win 95( upgrade retail ect), ect to free 6 mos
support, I called the number and they took the registry and other items a
part piece by piece and got it running without any problems, The MS Techs on
the line , did not use a virsus
scanner of any kind, they examined the registry each day and then corrected
manually anything a virsus could do.

I'm not sure if they do Computer tune ups, they probably do, to give the
registry and other tiems a once over and fine tune things, as to problems it
called an incident report, there is a number assigned to it and you only pay
once for each incident, thus if the problem reoccurs, you dont pay twice, the
calls are not toll
free, here in the USA , ask for Lew or the Hairdresser, there is no problems
with any windows system they cannot solve. I think its $35 dollars
perincident, they will do a once over in other areas as well though.

I'm not discounting the MVP's and users here with there valuable help, I just
telling you there are options available, for those whom have not experienced
Paid support, of course if you have retail versions, this is free for 6 mos
from the first incident.

Therefore, why pay an outside service more dough, than what you have too,,
save your bread, call paid support and get ahead of the crowd, before you go
to outside service on windows problems
