Paging "Low memory"

I'm having a problem with a computer that is giving me a "low memory" paging
problem. Everything was working fine until this afternoon when the user
returned and none of the Office applications want to load. Every single time
they start Outlook it appears as if it is the first time. I've gone through
the process of loading all of the office applications but once the PC is
restarted it starts all over again. The computer recommended uping the
paging size, I went into advanced options and have tried to change the
paging file size but I can't seem to change the 20 MB it is assigned. Ideas?

Sounds like the "Everyone" group permissions were removed from the
%systemdrive% Make sure that the System account (NT Authority) has full
control of the %systemdrive% and or the drive you're trying to put the
pagefile on. My Computer|Drive|File|Properties|Security|Permissions

The system account (nt authority) is the operating system's account and
needs to have full control of the drive(s) the pagefile exists on. The
system account is included in the "Everyone" group.

amazing how simple it is when you have the answer. After hours of goofing
around. I read this message and determined that the user had changed the
file permissions on the root drive to "just them", when I'm done banging the
users head against the wall I'll stop for a coffee. THANKS

Another question for you. On the same PC I've reset the "Everyone" group
but the user is still being treated as a new user ever single time the login

1) They need to setup their internet connection
2) Install their printers
3) All office application behave as if they were being run for the first
time. (Need to be setup)

I think I may have solved the problem by giving more rights to the hard
drive but only time will tell.

Sounds like incorrect permissions on the user profile. The user and system
account should have 'Full Control' of their profile.

I'm about to give the current user "NO CONTROL" of the mouse or keyboard
